The objectives of the Board shall be to provide secondary and higher education and for this recognition in order to grant the required number of such schools in the area, paying particular attention to the improvement of secondary and higher education to meet the required needs and levels of economic and social development, provide adequate facilities for the educational and professional development of socially and educationally backward communities, take steps and measures that lead to intellectual, academic, physical and cultural development of youth.
