Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) Entrance Exam-2010

CLAT (UNDER-GRADUATE PROGRAMME)Eligibility:

To be eligible for taking CLAT-2010, a candidate should have passed Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC* and persons with Disability*). Age of candidate should not be more than 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates and 22 years in case of SC/ST* and persons with Disability* on 1st July, 2010.
*Subject to state reservation at the University concerned.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply for the Test. But candidate must have passed the qualifying examination at the time of his/her admission.

Pattern of the Test Paper for Undergraduate Programmers:

Duration of examinations : Two Hours

Eligibility for JEE Orissa 2010:

(A) In Orissa JEE 2010 Admission to First Year Degree Program in
(i) Engineering / Technology: Pass or appearing in 10 +2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and one from Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology / Biotechnology or pass in 10 +3 diploma engineering, including those with less than 60% in global brands SCTE & T, Orissa or equivalent.
(ii) Pharmacy: Pass or appearing in 10 +2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry and one from Mathematics / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology or pass in 10 +3 Diploma in Pharmacy including that are less than 60% total marks SCTE & T, Orissa or equivalent.
(iii) MBBS / BDS: Pass or appearing in 10 +2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% of the total marks in these subjects as a whole (40% for SC / ST) with age between 17 and 25 years as on 31.12 .2010 (relaxable up to 3 years for SC / ST candidates).

(B) For Orissa JEE 2010 Admission to First Year Masters program
(i) Computer Application (MCA): Pass or appearing in 2010 three years bachelor's degree examination in any discipline with pass in Mathematics at 10 +2 level or at level 3.
(ii) Business Administration (MBA): Pass or appearing in 2010 three years bachelor's degree examination in any discipline from a UGC recognized university.

(C) Orissa JEE 2010 For admission to Second Year Engineering / Technology, Pharmacy under Lateral Entry
Pass or appearing in 3 years Diploma course in Engineering, Pharmacy, with a minimum of 60% in global brands SCTE and VT, Orissa or equivalent.

(D) Orissa JEE 2010 for admission to Second Year Engineering / Technology in lateral entry
Pass or appearing in 2010, for consideration of bachelor's degree three years duration in Science from any University of Orissa or equivalent recognized by UGC and have passed at least 60% of the total marks (First Division) with Mathematics at 3 levels.

(E) Orissa JEE 2010 For admission to second year pharmacy under the lateral entry
Pass or appearing in 2010, for consideration of bachelor's degree three years duration in Science from any University of Orissa or equivalent recognized by UGC and have passed at least 60% of the total marks (First Division) with Biology at Level 3.
